Monika Nowakowska odeszła z Miraculum

Monika Nowakowska zrezygnowała z pełnienia funkcji prezesa zarządu spółki Miraculum.
W komunikacie podano, że przyczyną rezygnacji była chęć powołania nowego zarządu, składającego się z osób, które uzyskałyby poparcie większości akcjonariatu spółki. 22 grudnia 2016 r. z zasiadania w zarządzie zrezygnowali również Tomasz Tuora i Marek Kamola. Jako przyczynę rezygnacji wskazali brak poparcia ze strony części akcjonariuszy dla zaproponowanej przez nich strategii dofinansowania spółki, co znalazło swoje odzwierciedlenie w braku przyjęcia stosownej uchwały emisyjnej przez Nadzwyczajne Walne Zgromadzenie Akcjonariuszy Spółki 19 grudnia 2016 r. Z funkcji członka rady nadzorczej zrezygnowała także Dagmara Bernat. Przyczyny nie podano.
