Wypieki i potrawy z mąką gryczaną zyskują coraz większą popularność. Dzięki niepowtarzalnemu aromatowi są chętnie wykorzystywane przez miłośników urozmaiconej kuchni, a dzięki właściwościom mąki gryczanej często sięgają po nie osoby na diecie bezglutenowej oraz fani zdrowego odżywiania. Poniżej przepis na bezglutenowy chleb gryczany, który przygotowuje się w bardzo prosty sposób i w dość krótkim czasie.
składniki
  • 250 g Mąki Teff 3 PAULY
  • 125 g mąki gryczanej 
  • 125 g skrobi ziemniaczanej lub kukurydzianej 
  • 15 g masła 
  • 10 g soli 
  • 5 g drożdży 
  • 450 ml letniej wody
Przygotowanie:
1.Rozpuścić drożdże w letniej wodzie.
2.Dodać wszystkie inne składniki i zmiksować na gładką i jednolitą masę.
3.Umieścić ciasto w formie i odstawić na ok. 1 godzinę.
4. Wstawić do piekarnika i piec w temperaturze 200 ° C  przez około 40 minut
5. Po wypieku natychmiast wyjąć chleb z piekarnika i pozostawić do ostygnięcia.
