31 stycznia br tyski producent serków topionych zdobył kolejne godło Ogólnopolskiego Programu Promocyjnego „Doceń polskie”, promującego wysokiej jakości produkty spożywcze dostępne na krajowym rynku. Certyfikat jakości i tytuł TOP PRODUKT przyznano za masło klarowane w kubeczku 200g. Sertop ma powód do dumy, bowiem wyróżnienia te nadawane są wyłącznie produktom, którym specjaliści z branży spożywczej wystawili maksymalne noty (minimum 7,5 pkt w 10-cio stopniowej skali).
Do audytu żywności zakwalifikowano 142 wyroby z całej Polski, nagrodzono tylko te, cechujące się odpowiednim smakiem i wyglądem oraz adekwatnym stosunkiem jakości do ceny. W poprzednich latach uznanie Loży Ekspertów zdobyły ser topiony Camembert oraz ser topiony śmietankowy.
