Indykpol sprzedał zakład uboju kurczaka i wylęgarnie piskląt

Indykpol podpisał umowę sprzedaży zorganizowanej części przedsiębiorstwa w postaci zakładu uboju kurczaka w Lublinie oraz wylęgarni piskląt kurczęcych w Turce, za 190,07 mln zł - poinformowała spółka w komunikacie.

Umowę podpisano ze spółką SuperDrob Zakłady Drobiarsko-Mięsne z Karczewa. Cena sprzedaży uwzględnia prognozowaną korektę o elementy długu netto i odchylenia od referencyjnego kapitału obrotowego. Ostateczna cena sprzedaży ma być ustalona na podstawie wartości kapitału obrotowego netto wynikającej z bilansu sporządzonego na 1 marca 2018 roku. - poinformował Indykpol.

Spółka poinformowała również, że ze środków pochodzących z transakcji całkowicie spłaciła zobowiązania kredytowe wobec konsorcjum banków, w których skład wchodzą: BZ WBK, Pekao SA oraz BGK
