Na przełomie czerwca i lipca br. w halach Jacob K. Javits Convention Center na Manhattanie w Nowym Jorku (USA) odbyła się letnia 64. edycja międzynarodowych targów spożywczych Fancy Food Show. Podczas targów swoje produkty zaprezentowało ponad 2 400 wystawców z całego świata. Targi odwiedziło ponad 35 000 zwiedzających, głównie specjalistów z sektora handlu i produkcji FMCG. Oprócz firm zagranicznych, dużą część powierzchni wystawienniczej stanowili wystawcy z USA (1 300), z podziałem na poszczególne stany. Wsród wystawców znalazło się 13 firm z Polski, których produkty prezentowane były głównie na stoisku narodowym, zorganizowanym przez Ministerstwo Rolnictwa i Rozwoju Wsi.
