Siekane burgery wołowe na wakacyjnego grilla

Kolejny wakacyjny weekend przed nami. Czeka nas grillowy wieczór, podczas którego będziemy celebrować wspólne chwile z rodziną i przyjaciółmi. Tym razem, zamiast klasycznych potraw z rusztu proponujemy domowe burgery z soczystą siekaną wołowiną, ogórkami i chrzanem. Ta forma letniego dania nada wyjątkowy charakter grillowemu menu i z pewnością zachwyci wszystkich gości.
Składniki (4 porcje)

•    chrzan Krakus - 4 łyżki
•    ogórki korniszony z czosnkiem Krakus - 8 szt.
•    wołowina (np. antrykot) - 440 g
•    bułka - 4 szt.
•    sałata karbowana - 4 liście
•    oliwa z oliwek - 3 łyżki
•    szczypta soli i pieprzu

Przygotowanie
  1. Wołowinę drobno posiekać nożem, dodać 1 łyżkę oliwy, doprawić solą oraz pieprzem i wyrobić.
  2. Z mięsa uformować kotlety wielkości bułki i zgrillować.
  3. Bułki przekroić na pół, wnętrze lekko posmarować pozostałą oliwą i przez chwilę ułożyć na grillu, aby bułki nabrały temperatury.
  4. Potem, układać kolejno: sałatę, burgera, po 1 łyżce chrzanu Krakus oraz plastry ogórków korniszonów z czosnkiem, również od Krakusa.
