Krajowy Ośrodek Wsparcia Rolnictwa wychodząc naprzeciw potrzebom polskich rolników uruchamia możliwość zaciągania pożyczek ze środków Zasobu Własności Rolnej Skarbu Państwa. Beneficjentami programu są rolnicy prowadzący gospodarstwa rodzinne, które realizują przedsięwzięcia rozwijające obszary wiejskie poprzez działania rozwojowe, innowacyjne w zakresie np. produkcji, hodowli czy przetwórstwa. Preferencyjne oprocentowanie na poziomie 2,85% w skali roku, sześcioletni okres spłaty, możliwość spłaty miesięcznej lub kwartalnej pozwolą pomóc we wzroście potencjału gospodarstw rodzinnych. Z dotychczasowych badań wynika, że korzystanie z kapitału obcego i prawidłowo zaciągnięte pożyczki, zwłaszcza długoterminowe, pozytywnie wpływają na wyniki produkcyjne, dochody oraz efektywność działalności gospodarstw rolnych.
