Wawel rekomenduje wypłatę dywidendy za 2018 rok

Zarząd Wawel S.A. przyjął uchwałę, na podstawie której postanowił przedłożyć Radzie Nadzorczej wniosek o przeznaczeniu z zysku za rok 2018, kwoty 37,5 mln zł, (25 zł na akcję) na wypłatę dywidendy - poinformowała spółka w komunikacie.
Przedmiotowy wniosek zostanie przedłożony Rady Nadzorczej Spółki zgodnie z przepisami Kodeksu spółek handlowych oraz Statutu Emitenta. Ostateczną decyzję dotyczącą podziału zysku Wawel S.A. za rok 2018 podejmie Walne Zgromadzenie Akcjonariuszy Emitenta - czytamy dalej w komunikacie.
