Po szczytowym roku 2018 gospodarka światowa w ciągu ostatnich 12 miesięcy weszła już w fazę spowolnienia. Kolejny, 2020 rok przyniesie kontynuację spadku światowego wzrostu gospodarczego. Według ekspertów istnieje wiele przyczyn, które wpływają na mało optymistyczne prognozy. W obliczu pojawiających się czynników spowolnienia pojawia się pytanie o jego wpływ na Polską gospodarkę.
– Głównym powodem spowolnienia jest niepewność związana z Brexitem oraz wojnami handlowymi między Stanami Zjednoczonymi a Chinami. Sytuacja Polski na tym tle kształtuje się średnio – powiedział serwisowi eNewsroom Jakub Sawulski, kierownik zespołu makroekonomii w Polskim Instytucie Ekonomicznym. – W 2020 roku rozwój gospodarczy w naszym kraju, z dużym prawdopodobieństwem, będzie wyraźniej wolniejszy niż w 2019 roku. Można jednak spodziewać się wyniku na poziomie powyżej 3 proc. Chociaż będzie to wynik gorszy niż w 2019 roku, nadal pozwoli uplasować się Polsce w czołówce państw europejskich. Należy więc zakładać pewne spowolnienie w gospodarce, jednak zdecydowanie 2020 rok nie okaże się rokiem kryzysowym – ocenił Sawulski.
