Tesco Polska rozpoczyna restrukturyzację

Spółka Tesco Polska ogłosiła restrukturyzację swoich struktur. W ciągu 12 miesięcy biura główne w Krakowie i w Warszawie zostaną zlikwidowane, w tym czasie zastąpią je mniejsze biura regionalne – czytamy w komunikacie spółki.
Jak informuje Tesco, restrukturyzacja dotyczy również tych sklepów, które będą zmniejszane lub zamykane, oraz tych, w których zlikwidowane zostały pewne funkcje lub usługi. Dodatkowo w dwóch centrach dystrybucyjnych Tesco Polska ograniczona i uproszczona zostanie część administracyjna. W sumie ponad 1200 osób zostanie objętych procesem zwolnień grupowych. Warunki zwolnień grupowych będą przedmiotem konsultacji ze związkami zawodowymi.
