Na powierzchni 284.000 mkw. w 11 halach wystawowych targów Koelnmesse, swoje produkty zaprezentowało 6.596 wystawców ze 100 krajów świata, z czego polskie produkty zaprezentowało 125 wystawców.
Tradycyjnie już o oprawę prasową oraz informacyjną na targach zadbała nasza redakcja. Magazyn Food from Poland dostępny był na własnym stoisku w hallu pomiędzy halami 1 i 2. ANUGA - największa i najbardziej ważna imprezę targową sektora spożywczego na świecie, przyciągnęła ponad 155.000 odwiedzających ze 180 krajów świata.

31. edycję Międzynarodowych Targów Spożywczych ANUGA 2011 otworzył Minister Spraw Zagranicznych Niemiec - Guido Westerwelle oraz Minister Rolnictwa Włoch - Saverio Romano.
