W naszej okolicy jest ogromna konkurencja jeżeli chodzi o branżę spożywczą. Cenowo konkurować nie damy rady, więc próbujemy inaczej. A właściwie samo się to dzieje… Mamy przemiłą obsługę i znamy każdego klienta osobiście. Wiemy gdzie kto pracuje, o której wraca, kiedy ma przerwę, kiedy odbiera dziecko z przedszkola. Może brzmi to troszkę strasznie, ale nie prowadzimy inwigilacji klientów. Broń Boże! Po prostu mieszkańcy Dąbrówna przychodzą tu porozmawiać, a przy okazji zrobić zakupy. Wiemy co Pan Kowalski kupuje na śniadanie dla nowej narzeczonej, a co Pani Wolska dla dzieci do szkoły. Wiemy co zamówić na walentynkowy prezent dla Łukasza z trzeciej gimnazjum, który zakochany jest w Julii, i co na święta kupuje Pani Kasia z bloku naprzeciwko. Wiemy, o której przyjdzie po ulubione piwo Pan Marcin, mąż Ani, która zawsze w sobotę kupuje u nas produkty na niedzielny rosół. To miłe – i dla nas i dla klientów. Takich relacji nie znajdziemy w marketach czy dyskontach. To nasza przewaga!
