Ciepły koc, gorąca herbata i cały dzień w łóżku… Tak mógłby się zacząć scenariusz leniwego, jesiennego dnia, który postanawiasz przeznaczyć na relaks. Tymczasem to nie bajka, a horror. Szczególnie, gdy dodasz do powyższego zestawu kaszel, katar i gorączkę. Czas sięgnąć po witaminę C. Zaraz, zaraz! Odłóż tę cytrynę. Tym razem postaw na czarną porzeczkę!
Za nami piękne, słoneczne lato. I co w związku z tym? Im cieplejszy i bardziej słoneczny czas za nami, tym więcej znajdziemy witamy C w owocach czarnej porzeczki. Wróć teraz pamięcią do tegorocznego lata… A teraz marsz po słoik dżemu z czarnej porzeczki!
 
Te małe ciemne kuleczki zawierają rutynę (witamina P), dzięki której nasz organizm łatwiej przyswaja witaminę C. Stąd też skuteczniejsze będzie rozkoszowanie się dżemem niż łykanie tabletek. A dodatkowo nie od dziś wiadomo, że czarna porzeczka to najlepszy sposób na pozbycie się anginy czy kaszlu. Nie wierzysz? Zapytaj babci.
