5 maja 2008 r. Dariusz Zdanowicz (42) został powołany na stanowisko nowego Prezesa Zarządu firmy Lekkerland Polska S.A. zaopatrującej sklepy typu convenience. Przejął on zakres obowiązków od Dr. Rolanda Pardey'a, który skoncentruje się teraz na swoich zadaniach Senior Vice President Mergers & Acquisitions w Lekkerland Group.

Bezpośrednim przełożonym Dariusza Zdanowicza będzie Christian Berner, Prezes Generalny Lekkerland Group. Pan Zdanowicz  będzie odpowiadał za działalność operacyjną w Polsce.

W roku 1993, po ukończeniu studiów na Uniwersytecie Zielonogórskim, Dariusz Zdanowicz rozpoczął karierę zawodową w Wrigleys Polska, gdzie pracował  jako Przedstawiciel Handlowy. W tym samym roku przeszedł do Frito Lay Polska, na stanowisko Regionalnego Kierownika Sprzedaży. W latach  1998 - 2003  pełnił liczne funkcje związane ze sprzedażą w tej firmie. Zanim rozpoczął pracę w Lekkerland, od 2006 r. był Dyrektorem Generalnym we Frito Lay Baltics i odpowiadał za działalność
