Nagroda za najlepszy polski ser dla Lazura!

Ser pleśniowy Lazur Błękitny Old zdobył nagrodę główną za najlepszy polski ser „Grand Prix 2015” podczas „Czasu Dobrego Sera” - V edycji Ogólnopolskiego Festiwalu Nieskończonych Form Mleka, który odbył się w dniach 6-7 czerwca w Sandomierzu. Organizatorem Festiwalu było Stowarzyszenie Slow Food Polska.
Na sandomierskim Starym  Rynku, gdzie odbywał się Festiwal  można było spróbować blisko 350 rodzajów sera, m.in. z Polski, Włoch, Francji, Wielkiej Brytanii, Hiszpanii, Szwajcarii, Belgii i Holandii. Dodatkową  atrakcją Festiwalu były profesjonalne sympozja serowarskie, warsztaty degustacyjne.

Zwieńczeniem Festiwalu było ogłoszenie wyników konkursu na najlepszy polski ser „Grand prix 2015”.Jury obradowało w składzie Piero Sardo (Przewodniczący Jury), Gieno Miętkiewicz, Wojciech Stryś, Mariusz Rybak, Jacek Szklarek. Laureatem konkursu został ser pleśniowy Lazur Błękitny Old autorstwa SM Lazur.

Celem tej imprezy jest podnoszenie jakości polskiego mleczarstwa oraz zwracanie uwagi polskiego konsumenta na różnorodność produktów na bazie mleka.
