Rezygnacja Henry’ego McGovern z funkcji przewodniczącego Rady Nadzorczej

AmRest Holdings SE („AmRest”, „Spółka”) (WSE: EAT), największa publicznie notowana spółka restauracyjna w Europie Środkowo-Wschodniej, poinformowała o złożeniu przez Pana Henry’ego McGovern rezygnacji z funkcji Przewodniczącego Rady Nadzorczej Spółki z dniem 10 września 2015 roku.
Wspomniana decyzja podjęta została w obliczu ostatnich zmian w strukturze akcjonariatu Spółki oraz składu Rady Nadzorczej. Rezygnacja ma na celu ułatwienie członkom Rady wyboru Przewodniczącego
Rady Nadzorczej, zważywszy na zbliżające się obrady Walnego Zgromadzenia Akcjonariuszy, zaplanowane na 21 września 2015 roku.

Rezygnacja z funkcji nie oznacza odejścia z Rady Nadzorczej Spółki. Pan McGovern, pozostając członkiem Rady Nadzorczej, zadeklarował swoje długoterminowe zaangażowanie w bieżące sprawy Spółki oraz wyraził gotowość do czynnego wspierania rozwoju biznesu.
