Imperial Tobacco Polska S.A. od wielu lat angażuje się we wspieranie Służby Celnej, Policji, Straży Granicznej i CBŚ w całym kraju w zwalczaniu przestępczości na rynku tytoniowym. Od 2004 roku do chwili obecnej pracownicy firmy przeprowadzili ponad 30 szkoleń dla w/w służb. Szkolenia dotyczą skali i źródeł przemytu wyrobów tytoniowych, a także najlepszych sposobów odróżniania produktów legalnych od nielegalnych.
W maju b.r. Imperial Tobacco Polska uruchomiła stronę internetową dedykowaną walce z szarą strefą – www.stop-szarej-strefie.pl. Celem strony ma być z jednej strony wsparcie organów państwowych w skutecznym zwalczaniu nielegalnego rynku, a także  edukacja, tj. uświadomienie jak największej liczbie osób, że handel nielegalnymi wyrobami tytoniowymi jest dużym problemem gospodarczo-ekonomicznym poprzez m.in. umieszczenie materiałów edukacyjnych i informacji o tym, że wyroby nielegalne nie odpowiadają wymogom regulacyjnym i nie są produkowane zgodnie z niezwykle wysokimi standardami właściwymi dla autentycznych marek. Za pośrednictwem strony internetowej można też anonimowo zgłosić informację o zauważonych przypadkach nielegalnego handlu wyrobami tytoniowymi. Takie zgłoszenia są przekazywane do Służb Celnych i Policji.
