W winnicy Drouhin przeprowadzono pierwsze degustacje, na podstawie których już można określić, jakie będzie tegoroczne młode wino. Niewielka ilość opadów w tym roku dała małe owoce, ale za to o bardzo skoncentrowanym smaku. Winemakerzy zdradzają, że ich aromat wskazuje przede wszystkim na wino z akcentami ciemnych owoców, fiołków i lukrecji. Struktura wina ma być miękka, cielista i z niską kwasowością, o wiele mniejszą niż w ubiegłym roku.
To będzie wyjątkowy rocznik - twierdzi Frédéric Drouhin. Przez całe lato dopisywała nam pogoda, było słonecznie, sucho i wietrznie, a ciepłe dni równoważyły chłodne noce.

Beaujolais Nouveau ma być w tym roku bardzo owocowe i łatwe w odbiorze. Ocenia się, że rocznik 2015 będzie przypominał najlepsze lata tego regionu: 2009 oraz 2003. Już 19 listopada - w trzeci czwartek miesiąca - przekonamy się o tym sami. Zgodnie z tradycją, tego dnia cały winiarski świat wzniesie toast choćby kieliszkiem młodego, świeżego wina.
