MAKRO Cash & Carry Polska, specjalizujące się w sprzedaży hurtowej adresowanej do niezależnych polskich przedsiębiorców i sieć hipermarketów Auchan Polska połączyły siły, aby chronić potencjał zakupowy swoich klientów profesjonalnych i konsumentów.
MAKRO Cash & Carry Polska i  AUCHAN Polska ogłosiły dzisiaj podpisanie umowy dotyczącej współpracy zakupowej. Zgodnie z zapisami w umowie  MAKRO Cash & Carry Polska deleguje Auchan Polska przeprowadzenie negocjacji z dostawcami w 2016 roku, co dotyczy wybranych produktów i dostawców, głównie międzynarodowych korporacji.
 
Współpraca ta oparta na uzupełniających się działalnościach biznesowych ma na celu zapewnienie konkurencyjność profesjonalnych klientów MAKRO oraz zwiększenie potencjału zakupowego konsumentów będących klientami sieci Auchan.
 
Każda ze stron podpisujących umowę pozostaje w pełni odpowiedzialna za swoją strategię handlową, w tym politykę cenową, ofertę produktową i marketingową.
