Stanowisko Dyrektora Generalnego Hochland Polska z dniem 1 stycznia 2016 roku obejmie Peter Knauer. Ma on ponad 20 letnie doświadczenie zawodowe zdobyte w branży FMCG. Peter Knauer pracował na stanowiskach kierowniczych w Niemczech, Polsce i Rosji dla firm takich, jak Cadbury, Wrigley i Mars, posługuje się między innymi biegle językiem polskim.

Jednocześnie od dnia 1 stycznia 2016 roku, Jacek Kostka będzie pełnił funkcję Zastępcy Dyrektora Generalnego Hochland Polska, wykonując dotychczasowe obowiązki Dyrektora Finansowego, które piastował od czasu dołączenia do Hochland Polska w 2012 roku.

Jacek Migrała, od listopada 2011 roku Dyrektor Generalny Hochland Polska, odchodzi z Hochland Polska na własną prośbę z końcem listopada 2015 roku. Hochland traci doskonałego managera, który prowadził Hochland Polska w trudnych czasach szybko zmieniającego się krajobrazu rynku spożywczego w Polsce.
