Składniki na naleśniki dla 2-4 osób:
•    60ml mąki jaglanej
•    60ml maki gryczanej
•    60ml mąki pszennej
•    1 jajko
•    600ml wody
•    olej do smażenia

Składniki nadzienia:    
•    dwie 100g kostki serka topionego Delisia SERTOP
•    450g opakowanie mrożonych truskawek

Do dekoracji: cukier puder

Przygotowanie:
Wszystkie składniki ciasta mieszamy ze sobą, a następnie wylewamy porcjami na rozgrzaną patelnię z olejem i smażymy do uzyskania złotego koloru z obu stron.

Serek kroimy w paski. Do garnka wlewamy 2cm wody, nakładamy na niego miskę i wkładamy do niej truskawki. Owoce rozmrażamy na parze, pod przykryciem przez ok. 10 minut lub wyjmujemy je z zamrażarki poprzedniego dnia i rozmrażamy w lodówce.

Na gotowych naleśnikach kładziemy kawałki serka topionego, dużą porcję osączonych truskawek oraz 1-2 łyżki soku z rozmrożonych truskawek. Odsączone truskawki możemy także zmiksować bezpośrednio z serkiem. Naleśniki możemy podać w takiej formie lub też, zwinąć je wedle własnego uznania. Do dekoracji używamy cukru pudru. Smacznego!
