Składniki dla 4 osób:
•    4 łyżki pesto z bazylią Grand'Italia
•    1 jajko
•    1 drobno pokrojona szalotka
•    300 g mielonej wołowiny
•    1 łyżka bułki tartej
•    sól i pieprz do smaku
•    oliwa z oliwek extra vergine Olitalia
•    łyżka masła

Sposób przygotowania:
Zmieszaj mięso z cebulką, pesto, jajkiem i bułką tartą. Dopraw solą i pieprzem. Uformuj pulpeciki wielkości orzecha włoskiego. Usmaż pulpeciki na patelni na oliwe z oliwek z masłem, przewracając je aby zarumieniły się z wszystkich stron. Odsącz nadmiar tłuszczu na papierze kuchennym przed podaniem.
