Zarząd Emitenta informuje, że w dniu 03 października 2016 roku, Pan Marek Piątkowski złożył rezygnację z pełnienia funkcji Członka Rady Nadzorczej Tarczyński S.A. Rezygnacja wchodzi w życie z dniem 04 października 2016r.
W tym samym dniu Rada Nadzorcza Emitenta powołała Pana Marka Piątkowskiego na stanowisko Członka Zarządu Emitenta ze skutkiem na dzień 05 października 2016r. Jednocześnie nowo powołany Członek Zarządu będzie pełnił funkcję Wiceprezesa Zarządu w Tarczyński S.A.

Pan Marek Piątkowski posiada wykształcenie wyższe, ukończył Wydział Zarządzania Uniwersytetu Ekonomicznego w Poznaniu (kierunek: inwestycje kapitałowe i strategie finansowe przedsiębiorstw). Ponadto Pan Marek Piątkowski uzyskał certyfikat Chartered Financial Analyst
