Zawieszenie poboru podatku od sprzedaży detalicznej

Zaniechanie poboru podatku ma zastosowanie do przychodów ze sprzedaży detalicznej, osiągniętych od 1 września do 31 grudnia 2016 r. Oznacza to, że zobowiązania podatkowe z tytułu podatku od sprzedaży detalicznej skutecznie wygasły i podatnicy nie będą zobowiązani do zapłaty podatku należnego za ten okres.
Jak informuje MF, nowe przepisy obowiązują od 19 października 2016 r., kiedy weszło w życie rozporządzenie Ministra Rozwoju i Finansów z dnia 18 października 2016 r. w sprawie zaniechania poboru podatku od sprzedaży detalicznej (Dz. U. poz.1723).

Nie zwalnia to jednak z innych obowiązków podatkowych, w tym składania miesięcznych deklaracji podatkowych o wysokości podatku od sprzedaży detalicznej (PSD-1).
