Od 1 stycznia 2017 r. mali oraz średni przedsiębiorcy będą podlegali obowiązkowi składania comiesięcznego pliku JPK_VAT (ewidencja zakupu i sprzedaży VAT). Pierwsze sprawozdania będą musieli złożyć do 25 lutego 2017 r. Obecnie obowiązek przesyłania JPK dotyczy dużych firm, które przekazały już łącznie ponad 23 tys. plików.
Aby ułatwić małym oraz średnim przedsiębiorcom wypełnianie obowiązku, spółka Aplikacje Krytyczne przygotowała bezpłatną aplikację ze wszystkimi funkcjonalnościami niezbędnymi do złożenia JPK. Oprogramowanie będzie umożliwiało walidację danych wejściowych zapisanych w arkuszu kalkulacyjnym, generowanie dokumentu JPK_VAT w oparciu o tak przygotowane dane, a następnie import przygotowanego dokumentu JPK do Ministerstwa Finansów. Aplikacja jest już gotowa dla systemu operacyjnego Windows, kolejnym krokiem będzie jej udostępnienie również w systemie Linux.
