„Uwielbiam przesadnie oszczędnych klientów. Ich „skąpstwo” ujawnia się w wielu sytuacjach. Na przykład, kiedy wśród ciastek na wagę zostanie w opakowaniu dosłownie 5-6 sztuk, a klientka chce kupić tylko 3 ciastka. Wówczas proponuję jej, żeby kupiła od razu te 5, czy 6, które mam – wagowo wyjdzie podobnie, a mogę mieć potem problem ze sprzedaniem 2-3 sztuk. Ale nie! Ona stanowczo odmawia. Z miną wyrażającą swoje ogromne oburzenie – jak mogłam jej to zaproponować! Chce tyle i koniec kropka. Żadna siła nie zmusi jej do tych 2 sztuk więcej. A najlepsze jest to, że następnego dnia – przychodzi „taka” do sklepu i prosi o kolejną porcję tych samych ciastek – z nowej paczki oczywiście. Przecież człowieka może szlag trafić!”
