„5-6 lat temu przedstawiciele handlowi znanych producentów regularnie odwiedzali nasz sklep. Cały czas oferowali nowe produkty, ciekawe promocje, a co najważniejsze nie było najmniejszego problemu z wymianą uszkodzonego bądź przeterminowanego towaru. Obecnie wszystko się zmieniło. Przedstawiciel handlowy, oferujący opakowania zbiorcze, gdzie my musimy kupić całość (nie mamy możliwość kupienia mniejszej ilości), nie znajduje u nas zbytu, ponieważ w takiej sytuacji ten cały towar niekoniecznie musi się u nas sprzedać i powstaje ryzyko, że reszta się przeterminuje. A na to nie możemy sobie pozwolić – musimy zarabiać. Od kilku lat firmy, producenci i dystrybutorzy obniżali pułap środków reprezentacyjnych i w tej chwili już on chyba nie istnieje w ogóle. A przedstawiciele przyjeżdżają coraz rzadziej…”
