„Dla nas dużym problemem, jako dla osób które prowadzą sklep i bezpośrednio mają kontakt z klientem, są ceny sugerowane na opakowaniach. Np. na produkcie jest 1,29 zł, a towar netto wychodzi po 1,15 zł. Z takiej zależności nigdy nam nie wyjdzie cena z pudełka, jeśli chcielibyśmy sprzedawać bez strat. W hurtowniach rozkładają ręce, bo oni też w takiej cenie dostali asortyment. I mamy wybór: albo sprzedajemy towar bez marży i zapewniamy go klientowi w cenie sugerowanej, albo oddajemy i nie mamy produktu, którego on poszukuje. Drugim uciążliwym zabiegiem ze strony producentów jest zmniejszanie gramatury. Cena nie idzie co prawda w górę, ale produktu jest mniej. To do nas później klient ma pretensje, dlaczego teraz za tę samą cenę ma mniejsze opakowanie.”
