Hurt & Detal jest bardzo pomocne, głównie pod tym względem, że wskazuje na towary, które zaraz mają pojawić się na rynku. Każdego miesiąca, gdy przychodzi do nas pismo, jest to pierwsza rzecz, na którą zwracam uwagę. Do tego reklamy są dobrze wyeksponowane, dlatego nigdy nie ominę żadnego z prezentowanych na nich produktów. Staram się od razu przejrzeć wszystkie reklamy, by w następnym tygodniu już mieć u siebie na półkach artykuły pokazane w nowym Hurt & Detal. Klienci doceniają to, że u nas mogą znaleźć produkty, które dopiero co zaczęły się pojawiać w telewizji, a w innych sklepach ich jeszcze nie ma. Pismo pomaga mi też w przypadku pozycji, które już od dawna są na rynku. Gdy widzę zdjęcie w gazecie, od razu zaznaczam, że musze sprowadzić towar, bo się kończy, albo trzeba go z powrotem sprowadzić do sklepu, bo długo już go u nas nie było. Hurt & Detal stanowi też doskonałą podpowiedź, że trzeba zmienić coś w asortymencie na nowy sezon, np. herbaty owocowe na zimę czy alkohole prezentowe na okres przedświąteczny.
