Gazeta Hurt & Detal jest przydatna dla mnie pod kątem treści artykułów. Czytam wszystkie wypowiedzi ze sklepów, które publikujecie. Oczywiście istotne dla mnie jest to, że zaznaczony jest region czy miasto w jakim był przeprowadzony reportaż, bo mogę tę wiedzę odnieść do mojej placówki. Z artykułów przede wszystkim czerpię wiedzę na temat sprzedaży. Dowiaduję się jaki towar jest na półkach u mojej konkurencji i jaki asortyment najlepiej rotuje. Wtedy jadąc do hurtowni czy cukierni mogę poprosić o konkretny produkt do spróbowania, a kiedy uznam, że jest dobry – zamówić go również do mojego sklepu. Opinia innych detalistów, którą mogę sprawdzić i potwierdzić w praktyce, jest dla mnie najcenniejsza, bo daje mi gwarancję, że towar się sprzeda.
