Oczywiście branża handlowa, a w szczególności „spożywka” jest trudna i wymagająca, po prostu trzeba mieć do tego powołanie. Ale praca w sklepie to także wiele przygód z nieznośnymi klientami. Na co dzień z nimi pracujemy i musimy zawsze radzić sobie z trudnymi sytuacjami – uśmiechem. Koleżanki pracujące na dziale mięsnym wspominają np. klientkę, która poprosiła o wykrojenie części łopatki, po czym poprosiła, żeby odkroić jej pół. Po prośbie o odkrojenie kawałka tłuszczu i kilku innych, ekspedientka zareagowała, że nie może już tak obkroić mięsa, bo ma wątpliwości czy klientka kupi tak wykrojony produkt, usłyszała: „No jak mi się nie spodoba, to oczywiście, że nie wezmę”. Z kolei wiele zabawnych sytuacji wiąże się z przekręcaniem nazw produktów. Np. mamy w sklepie wodę Aqua, a jeden z naszych stałych klientów zawsze prosi o „Ała”. Mimo, że jesteśmy do tego przyzwyczajeni, to zawsze nas to bawi do łez!
