Często zwracam uwagę na ceny produktów w moim sklepie i w marketach. Licząc koszyk zakupowy, niejednokrotnie wychodzi taniej u nas! Patrząc na gazetki promocyjne z dyskontów czy marketów zauważyłem, że na pierwszych stronach są super ceny. Ale na dalszych zdarzają się ceny półkowe naszego sklepu. Cieszy nas to, że niektórzy klienci już to zauważają. Z drugiej strony, poznałem sytuację dostawców od przedstawicielki handlowej jednej ze znanych marek rynku FMCG. Przyznała, że markety są dla nich po to, by dana marka była widoczna w dużych sklepach. Zarabiają na mniejszych placówkach handlowych, takich jak nasza. Taka polityka też nie jest w porządku. Niestety przedstawiciele nie mają na to wpływu. Największym problemem jest właśnie to, że ceny nie są takie same dla wszystkich, a od małych detalistów wymaga się dobrej sprzedaży.
