Praca w sklepie to codzienne wyzwania i przede wszystkim ciągły kontakt z klientem. Często pytania czy prośby mogą zaskoczyć, ale jest to stały element naszego dnia. Kiedyś odwiedziła nas klientka i zapytała czy jest świeży cały kurczak. Ekspedientka odpowiedziała, że tak, i wtedy została poproszona przez tę samą kobietę wyłącznie o dwa udka… Z kolei szczególnie w niedziele mamy wielu klientów szukających między półkami pomysłów na rodzinny obiad. Często zdarza się, że trzeba im pomóc, ponieważ nie mogąc się zdecydować, kupują zupełnie co innego niż to, po co przyszli. Jest to o tyle zabawne, że grupa takich klientów pojawia się stale o tej samej godzinie, ponieważ większość przychodzi do sklepu po mszy w kościele. Mamy też „wyjątkowych” stałych bywalców. Jedna z klientek, gdy tylko wchodzi do sklepu kieruje się do kasy i jeśli nie ma tam w danym momencie kasjera, woła go do stanowiska, po czym dopiero wtedy odchodzi i rusza z koszykiem po zakupy. Zawsze też, gdy ktoś stoi przed nią w kolejce, prosi o przepuszczenie, choć wiemy, że tak naprawdę jej się nie śpieszy. To nasza stała ulubiona grupa klientów „wyjątkowych”.
