Mamy takich klientów, którzy kupując alkohol, nie mówią „poproszę cytrynówkę” tylko mówią, że proszą o jakiś zestawik, np. zestaw cytrynowy czy zestaw biały, co oznacza czystą setkę i dwa piwa. Mamy też jednego klienta, który zwykle prosi o zestaw „dwa na dwa”. Są to dwie cytrynówki setki, dwie dwusetki i papierosy. Klienci oczekują, że kasjer pamięta co kryje się po tymi nazwami. Są też klienci, którzy proszą o „moje” papierosy. Niestety też zdarzają się takie osoby, które wchodzą do sklepu, a my wiemy, że musimy ich pilnować. Mamy taką starszą panią, która przychodzi dwa razy w tygodniu i za każdym razem robiąc zakupy wkłada również rzeczy do swojej torby. A przy kasie zapiera się, że nic nie ma w tej torbie. Teraz już jak ją widzimy, jedna pracownica sklepu idzie z nią i pomaga jej robić zakupy, żeby uniknąć kłopotliwych sytuacji.
