Klienci zdarzają się różni, więc pracując w sklepie trzeba być przygotowanym na wszystko. Kiedyś przyszła do nas pewna pani i poprosiła o szczypiorek. Mój mąż, który wtedy stał za kasą podał produkt po czym usłyszał, że klientka takiego z cebulką nie chce. Co wtedy zrobił? Uśmiechnął się i na jej oczach wziął nóż, po czym odciął niechcianą część i podał kobiecie jako szczypiorek bez cebulki. Klientka była zaskoczona, ale kupiła produkt, bo przecież był taki, jaki chciała. Zabawnie też często bywa z osobami kupującymi alkohol. Miejscowi amatorzy trunków w małych buteleczkach często zaskakują swoim słownictwem, ponieważ proszą np. o małpiszonka albo czystą kaczuszkę. Pracownicy, którzy mają duże doświadczenie w handlu zazwyczaj wiedzą o jaki produkt chodzi. Jednak wiem, że w różnych rejonach Polski inaczej określa się małe pojemności wódki.Najważniejsze, żeby słuchać klientów i zaspokajać ich potrzeby.
