Jesteśmy sklepem działającym od ponad 20 lat. Znamy swoich klientów i ich rodziny, bo widujemy ich niemal codziennie. Zdarza się więc, że przysyłają do nas dzieci po drobne zakupy. Pewnego dnia przyszedł do nas kilkuletni Michałek i poprosił ekspedientkę o 3 cytryny. Pracownica zważyła owoce i wydała chłopcu resztę. Dziecko wyszło ze sklepu, ale za kilkanaście minut szybko wróciło. Okazało się, że rodzice wysłali Michałka po napój cytrynowy, a chłopiec nie zrozumiał prośby dorosłych. Innym razem jeden z klientów miał problem z zapłaceniem, bo wybrał płatność kartą, a ta jak na złość nie chciała zatwierdzić kwoty po zbliżeniu. Okazało się, że pan przez roztargnienie usiłował zapłacić kartą miejską. Jesteśmy tylko ludźmi i każdy ma dużo spraw na głowie, a co za tym idzie prawo do takich „wpadek”. Klienci zawsze sprawią, że na twarzy pojawi się uśmiech.
