Kernel kupił pozostałe 7,9 proc. udziałów w ukraińskiej spółce

Kernel zakończył zakup pozostałych 7,9 proc. udziałów w ukraińskiej spółce rolniczej i ma 100 proc. jej udziałów - podał Kernel w komunikacie.
Jak informowała wcześniej spółka, całkowita wartość tej transakcji wyniesie 155 mln USD i być w całości pokryta gotówką.

Przejęta spółka zarządza ponad 19 tys. hektarów dzierżawionych gruntów rolnych oraz jest w stanie magazynować około 200 tys. ton ziarna. Przejmowane przedsiębiorstwo posiada nadwyżkę gotówki w wysokości około 30 mln USD.
