Jak donosi Reuters, Grupa Danone zdecydowała się sprzedać swój amerykański biznes mleczarski Stonyfield.
Ma on trafić w ręce koncernu Lactalis za 875 mln USD. Decyzja związana jest ze zobowiązaniem jakiego podjęli się Francuzi wobec amerykańskiego nadzorcy rynku odnośnie przejęcia grupy WhiteWave, specjalizującej się w produkcji żywności ekologicznej.

W 2016 r. obroty wygenerowane przez Stonyfiled wyniosły około 370 mln USD – podał Danone w komunikacie.
