Carrefour Mova przygotowało nową ofertę dla osób chcących zmienić operatora telefonii komórkowej na Carrefour Mova. Teraz, każda osoba, która zdecyduje się na przeniesienie swojego numeru telefonu do sieci Carrefour Mova może odzyskać koszt przeniesienia numeru, bowiem 50 zł Carrefour Mova oddaje w doładowaniach. Dodatkowo, proces przeniesienia został zautomatyzowany i maksymalnie uproszczony. 

Koszt operacji zmiany operatora w większości  sieci wynosi 50 zł. Przenosząc swój numer do Carrefour Mova, aby otrzymać zwrot tej opłaty wystarczy doładować swoje konto kwotą 50 zł w ciągu 6 miesięcy od daty zmiany operatora. W momencie doładowania konta za kwotę 50 zł Klient otrzymuje dodatkowe 50 zł na rozmowy do wszystkich sieci. Jeśli Klient doładuje konto kwotą 25 zł w jednym miesiącu i 25 zł w kolejnym miesiącu to zwrot 50 zł otrzyma przy drugim doładowaniu, kiedy suma wszystkich zasileń wyniesie łącznie 50 zł.
