Żeby sklep właściwie prosperował jest potrzebny dobry pracownik. A żeby mieć dobrego pracownika trzeba go przeszkolić – trwa to nawet pół roku. Rotacja personelu jest dosyć wysoka. Potencjalni pracownicy mający już doświadczenie mają możliwość wpływania na warunki umowy przygotowanej przez pracodawcę. Jest to bardzo trudny orzech do zgryzienia, bo jako pracodawcy nie możemy sobie pozwolić na ustępstwa i negocjowanie. Musimy niemal walczyć o kompetentny personel. Warto więc doceniać swoich stałych i lojalnych pracowników, to prawdziwy skarb w dzisiejszych trudnych czasach.
