Zarząd firmy Jeronimo Martins Dystrybucja, właściciel sieci Biedronka w skład której wchodzi ponad 1300 sklepów, zdecydował podnieść pensje swoich pracowników. Podwyżki dotyczą zarówno pracowników  sklepów, jak i centrów dystrybucyjnych. 

Podwyżki wyniosą średnio 4 proc. i obejmą ponad 25 tys. osób. Minimalna pensja za pełen etat w Biedronce będzie wynosić teraz 1660 zł miesięcznie brutto.

 

To o 30 proc. więcej niż wynosi minimalna płaca w kraju, ale znacznie mniej niż przeciętne wynagrodzenie w przemyśle, które przekracza 3,1 tys. zł miesięcznie.
