Jak to w życiu czasami bywa – tak i w handlu – denerwują wszyscy dookoła. Zorganizować pracę w sklepie jest bardzo trudno. Nieraz jest tak, że klienci przychodzą rano i stoją w ogromnych kolejkach, a po chwili jest zupełnie pusto. I tutaj pojawia się problem – ile powinno być w tym czasie ekspedientek. Z drugiej strony dostawcy – jeżeli przyjeżdżają na czas, jest wszystko dobrze, bo już mamy zorganizowany odbiór. Na pierwszej zmianie jest więcej osób, bo w planach jest przyjazd dostawcy, na drugiej jest mniej. Ale zdarzają się też opóźnienia. Przyjeżdża duża dostawa na drugą zmianę, kiedy są tylko 4 ekspedientki, a magazyn już nie pracuje. Towar trzeba przyjąć, bo jeśli go nie odbierzemy, to nie będzie już czym handlować. W tym momencie ekspedientka musi odejść od kasy, a nieraz zdarzy się tak, że jest akurat duża kolejka. Jest to bardzo kłopotliwa sytuacja, ponieważ klient się niecierpliwi.
