Mamy klientów, którzy potrzebują bardzo dużo uwagi. Pewna starsza Pani, która każdego dnia poszukuje w naszym sklepie specjalistycznej żywności, na przykład produktów nieprzetworzonych, bez glutenu, bez laktozy, ekologicznych, itp. Oczywiście mamy na półkach taki asortyment, jednak wybór nie jest tak szeroki, jakby tego chciała ta jedna klientka. W przypadku wody sprawdza jaką ma zawartość sodu, dokładnie wczytuje się w skład każdego kupowanego produktu, pyta o pochodzenie owoców i warzyw. Spędza w sklepie czasami ok. 2 godzin. I mimo, że sama próbuje czytać mały druczek, zazwyczaj potrzebuje pomocy kilku ekspedientek. Musimy jej pomagać i oczywiście robimy to z szacunku do niej. Ale nasza starsza Pani jest zazwyczaj bardzo negatywnie nastawiona, często narzeka, że nie może u nas kupić wszystkiego, czego potrzebuje. Zawsze ma ze sobą listę – co może którego dnia jeść. Pojawia się co drugi dzień – już wie czego nie dostanie u nas – ale za każdym razem się o to pyta. Wtedy wszystkie ekspedientki są zaangażowane w zakupy ze starszą panią, bo ona po prostu potrzebuje uwagi. I co mamy zrobić? Jesteśmy zawsze do jej dyspozycji.
