Obecnie jest bardzo ciężko o dobrych pracowników. Jeśli dzisiaj zwróciłbym uwagę jednemu z nich, jutro pewnie złożyłby wypowiedzenie. Dzisiaj jest tak, że nic nie można powiedzieć pracownikowi. Obecnie brakuje w naszych sklepach ok. 5 osób do pracy. Te, które pracują już u mnie długo są pracowite i odpowiedzialne, ale bardzo trudno jest znaleźć kogoś nowego. Zamykamy jeden sklep ze względu na brak obsady. Dodatkowo w sezonie urlopowym jest tak, że czasami na sklepie o powierzchni ok. 200 mkw. pracują dwie osoby. Zaangażowana jest cała rodzina właścicielki. Jak już przyjmuję nową osobę, zdarzają się różne sytuacje. Nowy pracownik już w pierwszym miesiącu potrafi brać często wolne, ponieważ uważa, że to pierwszy miesiąc i chyba wcale nie musi pracować! Zdarza się, że dzwoni potencjalny pracownik, umawia się na spotkanie i na nie wcale nie przychodzi. Jest naprawdę ciężko o odpowiednie osoby do pracy w sklepie.
