Kiedyś prowadziłem jednocześnie 4 sklepy, teraz pozostałem przy jednym, który jest na rynku już 11 lat. Handel bardzo się zmienia, trzeba na niego teraz patrzeć z innej perspektywy. Rynek towarowy jest tak bogaty, więc nie można ograniczać się z asortymentem, a trzeba klienta przyciągać do sklepu też na inne sposoby. Jako jedyni w mieście prowadzimy usługę dowozu zakupów na telefon, więc tym bardziej musimy być otwarci na rynek FMCG, bo wymagania klientów rosną. Rozpoczynając tę usługę myśleliśmy, że będzie się ona ograniczała do dowozu alkoholu na domowe imprezy czy grille. A okazało się, że klient oczekuje czegoś więcej. Z tej usługi korzystają głównie bogaci emeryci, którzy mają problemy z poruszaniem się. Oni zamawiają zakupy telefonicznie, a my dowozimy je do domu, pod same drzwi. Robimy to od 10 lat i mamy grupę stałych klientów. Jeżeli zakupy na terenie miasta przekroczą 50 zł, to dostawa jest za darmo. Czasem dzieci z zagranicy zamawiają zakupy dla starszych rodziców. To idealne rozwiązanie, które zapewniło nam wielu nowych klientów.
