Wchodząca w życie nowelizacja ustawy o jakości handlowej artykułów rolno-spożywczych powoduje, że padł blady strach na fałszerzy żywności. 

Jak do tej pory na fałszerzy żywności nie było odpowiedniej kary. Podając nieprawdziwe dane na opakowaniach, lub przekłamując skład produktu zarabiali oni krocie, a klienci byli cały czas nieświadomi co tak naprawdę spożywają.

 

Natomiast nowelizacja ustawy to zmieni. Dane producentów żywności, która jest oszukana zostaną podane do wiadomości publicznej, co powinno być skutecznym narzędziem w walce z nimi.
