Sfinks Polska chce przejąć piwiarnie od Żywca

Sfinks Polska, operator sieci restauracji, wystąpił do Urzędu Ochrony Konkurenci i Konsumentów o wyrażenie zgody na przejęcie od Grupy Żywiec sieci około 70 lokali "Piwiarnie Warki" - poinformował UOKiK.
"UOKiK wszczyna teraz postępowanie. Zazwyczaj, jeżeli jest to koncentracja, która nie wzbudza naszych zastrzeżeń to postępowanie trwa około miesiąca. Natomiast jeżeli trzeba zbadać na przykład rynek lub dopytać konkurentów, to postępowanie przechodzi do tak zwanej drugiej fazy. Wówczas mówimy o wydłużeniu postępowania o kolejne cztery miesiące" - powiedziała PAP rzecznik prasowy UOKiK Małgorzata Cieloch.

"Urząd może wydać zgodę na koncentrację, wydać zgodę warunkową, lub wydać zakaz koncentracji" - wyjaśnia Cieloch.
