Rząd niemiecki skorygował prognozy wzrostu gospodarczego. Produkt krajowy brutto Niemiec zmniejszy się w 2009 roku o 6 procent.

Rok 2010 dla niemieckiej gospodarki ma być już lepszy, rząd oczekuje lekkiego wzrostu PKB na poziomie 0,5 proc.

Kryzys gospodarczy odczuwa również niemiecki rynek pracy. Liczba osób pozostających bez zatrudnienia wzrośnie w 2009 roku do 3,7 mln, zaś w 2010 do 4,6 mln - przewiduje nowa prognoza rządu.
