Kilka lat temu przychodziła bardzo często do sklepu pewna starsza Pani. Teraz już coraz rzadziej ze względu na swój wiek. Fajna kobieta, zawsze lubiła rozmawiać i się pośmiać z nami przy okazji swoich zakupów. Później zaczęła chorować, po jakimś czasie przyszła do nas bardzo zmartwiona i powiedziała: „Pani Zakrzewska ja Panią tak kocham, a nie mogę sama przychodzić do sklepu”. Poprosiła również, że jak przyjdzie jej wnuk po zakupy to, żebym go obsłużyła. Była bardzo rozżalona, że nie będzie mogła już do nas przychodzić. Nie wiedziała, też jak okazać swoje uczucia, zżyła się bardzo z naszym sklepem, a zakupy u nas to była część jej życia. Takie sytuacje są bardzo miłe i budujące. Również doświadczyłam tego jak przejmowałam ten sklep. Bałam się, ponieważ miałam włamanie w pierwszych dniach funkcjonowania placówki. Wszyscy wiedzieli, że boję się takich sytuacji. I też taka starsza Pani, która mieszkała naprzeciwko przyszła do mnie i powiedziała: „Niech Pani się nie boi, jak Pani zamknie sklep to my go pilnujemy, patrzymy, jestem blisko i ja tu wszystko widzę”. Z takim monitoringiem już nie muszę się o nic bać!
