Cukrownia Glinojeck, należąca do British Sugar Overseas czeka na nowego nabywcę. Negocjacje z niemiecką firmą Pfeifer& Langen nadal trwają.

Obecny właściciel cukrowni już  pół roku temu wystawił firmę na sprzedaż. Chętnych było kilku, ale cena, jaką zażądał była progiem nie do przekroczenia i dlatego też potencjalni nabywcy wycofali się z kupna.

 

Wszystko wskazuje na to, że nowym nabywcą będzie niemiecka firma Pfeifer& Langen, ponieważ transakcja jest na etapie umowy przedwstępnej. Obecnie ustalana jest ostateczna cena cukrowni.

 

Niemiecki koncern już posiada trzy cukrownie w Wielkopolsce. Gdy  zakupiona zostanie również cukrownia z Glinojecka, jego łączna  wartość udziałów na rynku produkcji cukru w Polsce wzrośnie z 16 do 27 procent.
